4. Tracking Your Order

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or incorrect shipping information. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging, take photos, and email orders@theempiredistro.com with your order number.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, verify address details and contact the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will assist with a replacement or refund.
